Our address is 275 Collier Rd NW, Atlanta, GA 30309 (on the campus of Piedmont Hospital, Atlanta). On Collier, please park in the 275 Parking Deck (the ticket parking deck that says "Piedmont physician's plaza" on the sign, not the employee entrance, hospital entrance, or emergency entrance). We are the 3rd entrance past the service driveway if coming from Peachtree. If coming from Northside, we are the 1st entrance (before the main hospital entrance). Once in the 275 Parking Deck, you may park any level (P2-P8) and come up the parking elevator to floor P7. Once on P7, switch elevators (to your left) and come up to floor 1. Off of the elevator please go straight and towards the left to suite 100-B, our office.
Because we are housed in a medical office building, parking is unfortunately not complimentary. It typically ranges from $5-$7. We apologize for this inconvenience!

At Piedmont Women’s Healthcare, we accept Medicare and most commercial insurance plans. Please contact your insurance company or you may call our office at (404) 352-3656 to find out if we accept your insurance plan. If your insurance plan requires you to pay a co-payment, co-insurance, and/or a deductible, you will need to pay at the time of your visit. For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. If your insurance is an HMO/managed care plan and you are required to obtain a referral from your primary care physician, the referral must be obtained before you can be seen for an office visit.
Please coordinate this with your primary care physician in advance. Appointments will be rescheduled if required referrals are not received in the office by the time of your visit.
In the event of a life-threatening medical emergency, call emergency medical services at 911 immediately. DO NOT WAIT! Inform the emergency room that you are a patient of Piedmont Women’s Healthcare, and they will contact us.
Doctors at Piedmont Women’s Healthcare are affiliated with Piedmont Atlanta Hospital, where they perform all surgeries (inpatient and outpatient), deliveries, hospital admissions, and additional imaging.
With an exceptional level III NICU, Piedmont Atlanta Hospital is a referral center for high-risk pregnancies.
Prescription refills for established patients of Piedmont Women’s Healthcare are routinely issued during our regular office hours. Established patients should contact your pharmacy directly to request a refill, which can then be approved by our physicians. This is the fastest method for prescription refills. For all other requests, please contact our office at (404) 352-3656.
No refills are issued during the evenings, weekends, or holidays unless urgent. It is helpful to anticipate your refill needs to avoid an interruption in your medication therapy.
