Prepare for Your Visit

Thank you for selecting Piedmont Women’s Healthcare for your OB/GYN care. Please be sure to bring any prior relevant lab, imaging, or other test results to your first appointment with us; better yet, fax, email, or drop them off beforehand!

Before Your Visit

To expedite check-in at your next appointment, please complete our Phreesia Mobile Check-In before your visit (you will receive an email and/or text with this information). Please also plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time so that our staff can gather additional information to complete the check-in process. We will make every effort to see you as close to your appointment time as possible.

  • Bring your insurance card and another form of identification with you, preferably your driver’s license, student ID, or passport.
  • Please note that your co-payment is due at the time of your appointment. Also, if you do not have your insurance card, you will be considered “self-pay” and expected to pay the cost of the visit in full at the time of your appointment – or be rescheduled to a future time when you will be able to bring your card.
